(Open Letter to the Chairman of Dentons Kensington Swan)

Dear David Campbell,

Introduction

I am appalled by the blatant anti-male discrimination and bias shown by your firm's page "About Dentons Kensington Swan" and by the fact that you have promoted Linda Clark to the position of Partner -- indeed by the fact that you hired her in the first place. I have had far too much experience of listening to Linda Clark hosting the Nine to Noon programme on the anti-male cesspit, Radio New Zealand. Moreover, I heard her being interviewed on that same cesspit the other day and referring, without qualification or addition, to "violence against women." What about violence against men? I refer you to Professor Martin Fiebert's Annotated Bibliography of Domestic Violence research, which "examines 286 scholarly investigations: 221 empirical studies and 65 reviews and/or analyses, which demonstrate that women are as physically aggressive, or more aggressive, than men in their relationships with their spouses or male partners." The moronic, sexist media's repeated mantra "violence against women" encourages the morons in the Police and the Law to predetermine, prejudge, presume and presuppose that any specific instance of alleged Domestic Violence involves a male perpetrator and a female victim.

If you knew anything about Public Law, you would know that predetermination is the greatest possible breach of Natural Justice.

I note that your qualifications are in Commerce and Law. People with qualifications or experience in Law or Commerce seem to be prominent among those who support discriminatory Feminist causes, without having either the intelligence or the knowledge to assess the scientific issues involved. Lawyers have power through their knowledge of the Law and businessmen typically have a lot of money, so both types of men are preyed upon by Feminist confidence tricksters who sell them political sob-stories, in order to use them to conquer the socio-political system.

Unconscious Bias Training

It would be intellectually sub-normal for anyone to take seriously the notion that someone can teach you to recognise and/or overcome unconscious bias, as your firm appears to believe. How did the person who wants to teach you how to recognise and/or overcome your unconscious biases themselves learn how to recognise and/or overcome their own unconscious biases -- since these biases are unconscious? If they were taught how to do this by someone else, how did the very first person to teach anyone else how to recognise and/or overcome unconscious bias themselves overcome their own unconscious biases -- since these biases are unconscious?

In fact, on the page "About Dentons Kensington Swan," the reference to "unconscious bias training" comes under the heading "Diversity and Inclusion." Moreover, the page https://www.dentons.co.nz/en/david-campbell states that you are or have been a member of the Women’s Advisory Panel of the New Zealand Law Society. Moreover, your "significant and ongoing relationships" include Women’s Refuge, which is an anti-male activist group. Moreover, you state that: This makes it clear that this so-called "unconscious bias training" is really just a form of quasi-Communist Thought Reform, aimed at converting non-Feminists into Feminists and is a means of justifying the hiring of women just because they are women -- which discriminates against male applicants. Your "unconscious bias training" is in fact Feminist Bias Training, as we can see from Linda Clark's reference to "violence against women." I am sure that Linda Clark did not really need to undergo any such Feminist Bias Training, since she was already full of Feminist bias when she was working at Radio New Zealand!

Corporate Responsibility

Under the heading "Pro bono programme" you state:

"We contribute to our community by providing pro bono legal advice where it’s needed the most. Our structured pro bono programme supports community initiatives and individuals under five categories: Cultural, Disadvantaged, Environmental, New Zealand Innovation, and Social & Community."

I would be very interested in knowing how you know where your pro bono legal advice is most needed. I am absolutely certain that you would not consider that any men's or fathers' groups would be amongst those most in need of it. I am also certain that you are absolutely incapable of investigating how disadvantaged men are, compared to women, since your Feminist Bias Training has already taught you that women are more disadvantaged than men. I am also certain that you are incapable of looking at any Sex War issues that were not focussed on during your Feminist Bias Training. It would be fascinating to see you try to prove me wrong!
