The webpage http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/1/story.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10441487 has the headline:

Assault over three in bed only human says judge

The case involved so-called "Lion Man" Craig Busch, who was convicted and discharged for assaulting his female partner after finding her naked in bed with two other naked people. He was also ordered to pay her $8,000.00 in reparation.

There are two brief points that I'd like to make about this case:

  1. I can't remember hearing about a judge being allowed to say that men were human in a domestic violence case without the media being full of Feminazi protests about his daring to say that. Surely something has changed! I was the first and have been the foremost Men's Rights activist in the area of Domestic Violence in New Zealand, and it is heartening to see that this change has come about -- although I don't know if it's a change in what judges feel allowed to say, what the media report, or what the Feminazis now allow judges to say.

  2. It is highly likely that the three friends being naked in bed together was a deliberate ploy to provoke domestic violence, so that the man would lose the sympathy vote in court and have limited access to this children (assuming he has young children). The Womens' Refuge and Feminazi layers are rumoured to give advice to women who want to separate from their male partners about how best to provoke them so as to get the best possible legal outcome for the women. The televised programme on the Family Court had an incident like this, where the man was harshly dealt with after assaulting his partner whom he found in bed with someone else, so it is possible that this television programme has been used to teach women how to provoke their husbands.
